This past spring 2018, Meadow Park was selected by the Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario (RNAO) for a 3-year program in which our team will rigorously evaluate our current practices in the areas of falls, pain management, and pressure injuries.

We will be making necessary changes to ensure we provide optimal care that is safe and efficient, ensuring our residents receive the best care possible.  Best Practice Guidelines are developed based on evidence from extensive research and are used by health care professionals to determine the best plan of care for residents.
