Our programs at CHAP serve seniors in Chatham-Kent to help keep them living independently at home. CHAP Transportation program provides transportation to seniors and people with disabilities in Chatham-Kent. We provide this service mainly through the use of volunteers. We also provide drives with our staff drivers who are trained in the safe use of our accessible vehicles.
