Legal Matters

Mallory Law Makes it Easier to Access Their Services.

Mallory Law is Proud to Announce a 2nd Location in Chatham!

The NEW office is at 16 Victoria Ave., located near the intersection of Victoria Ave., Dover and Thames Streets.

Mallory Law Chatham is just minutes away from excellent dining and shopping, so meeting with us is now more convenient than ever.

For years we have heard that our incredible service and approachable style is unique and something to be proud of.

We have listened to the feedback from our amazing clients and the realtors with whom we work everyday, and we are bringing our same great service even closer to the core of Chatham.

Mallory Law has its head office in beautiful Blenheim, where it has been located for over 50 years!

This year Jason Mallory is celebrating over 10 years as a lawyer, and we are so proud of the amazing team of legal and support staff that we have developed at Mallory Law!

Mallory Law’s advancement and overwhelmingly high customer satisfaction would not be possible without our amazing team!

Jason does things a bit differently at Mallory Law; he has chosen to develop a legal experience that mirrors his own down-to-earth and approachable style.

Mallory Law treats each of our clients as if they are our neighbours and our friends.

Jason will tell you, there is no place he would rather live and raise his family than in Chatham-Kent. Jason and his wife, Jillian (who, fun fact, owns and operates her own Nurse Practitioner clinic) were both born and raised in Chatham-Kent.

As a boy Jason spent much of his summers in Erieau, with fond memories of his Grandparents’ cottage and countless hours fishing off the dock. It is no surprise that Jason and his family currently call Erieau “home.”

Jason attended high school at Chatham Collegiate Institute. At the Ivey School of Business, Western University, Jason obtained his Honours Business Administration degree and received the designation of “Ivey Scholar” for academic excellence. At Western Law School, Jason was honoured with an Award in Estate Planning for obtaining the highest rank in that subject.

All of these academic achievements are well and good, but Jason appreciates that book smarts don’t always translate into real world savvy. Jason recalls as a young man the tremendous effort and dedication that it took for his Father and Uncle to operate a local manufacturing business, which was known as  Mallory Industries.

Jason also has a great appreciation for the strong agricultural roots of our community in Chatham-Kent. Many of Mallory Law’s valued clients are farmers, and Jason himself operates a farm, taking great pride in getting a “real-world education” by share cropping the land with a good friend.

Jason was raised with an appreciation for hard work and the understanding that to accomplish great things requires a great team around you.

Jason understood from an early age the value of honesty and integrity, and Jason is proud to say that these are the tenets by which he lives his life and operates Mallory Law.

If you have already experienced the excellent service at Mallory Law, we would like to say “Thank You,” and if you are considering a change to Mallory Law, we would like to say “Hi and Welcome.”

Whether it be at our Blenheim or NEW 2nd Chatham location, we are looking forward to seeing you!
